Halifax face FA Cup derby

The reformed Halifax Town face a possible home derby against Silsden AFC in their opening FA Cup clash.

Halifax have been drawn at home to Silsden AFC or Eccleshill United in the premiminary round of the FA Cup with the tie due to take place on Saturday, August 30.
Victory will see Halifax visit either Glasshoughton Welfare, Billingham Synthonia, Morpeth or Ryton in the first qualifying round on Saturday, September 13.
In the FA Trophy preliminary round on Saturday, October 4, Halifax will travel to Harrogate Railway, and the victors will have a home tie against the newly renamed Leigh Genesis on Saturday, October 18.

We seem to be in the prelim round at No. 12 according to the FA website. Although if we don't get a team together we'll be in sweet FA

Match No. 13 date tbc Silsden AFC v Halifax Town

This is the FA Youth Cup !!

Which means that Halifax should be playing Silsden in the FA Cup AND FA Youth Cup !!
Have the Shaymen got a YOUTH SIDE ??
