Wilder named Bury number two

CHRIS Wilder has been named as the new assistant manager at League Two side Bury.
Halifax Town confirmed this morning that Wilder had left the club after six years in charge, with his resignation understood to have been tendered last week.
And Bury have announced that he will become manager Alan Knill's number two at Gigg Lane with immediate effect.

All the best in your new job Wilder. Didn't think he would of fancied a job as number two after been in charge for six years, but good luck all the same. I hope he takes some fond memories of Halifax town with him? I dont think many managers would of stuck around with town for so long after what he went through "he was either mad or cared for the club and i think it was the latter, So for that I am realy gratefull for that. "Now bring on Paul Stoneman"
