CROSSLEY Belles under 12s carried on with their great start to the season with an emphatic 18-0 win against Silsden.
Catherine Armstrong and Holly-May Crawshaw both scored six goals with Alex Whitehead (2), Niamh Hargreaves, Jessica Howell and Ebony Dewhurst also finding the net.

GREETLAND Girls under 12s opened their home campaign with a 3-2 defeat by Lepton Highlanders.

A poor start saw them concede three goals in the first 20 minutes before Annie Flanagan won a free kick 25 yards out which Dani Whiting floated in spectacularly over the keeper's outstretched arms.

The second half continued with Greetland pushing forward and Courtney Briggs drilled in a second goal.

Greetland then tried valiantly for 15 minutes for a deserved equaliser, with Myers, K Collins, Flanagan and Olivia Ward all having efforts saved.

CROSSLEYS Belles under 10s were beaten 8-0 by an in-form Farsley Celtic.

If that was not tough enough Belles were forced to play with a girl down for all of the game.

Crossleys did themselves proud but they ran out of steam.
