Calderdale Council was granted an emergency hygiene order stopping Afzal Food Store, on Battinson Road, from being used for any food business.
The reason given was “an active rodent infestation”.
The case was heard at Bradford Magistrates Court on December 1 and in accordance with the Food Safety Act 1990.
