Chance to win this £4,000,000 Yorkshire country home as Omaze launches latest house draw
Calderdale residents could be in with a chance of winning Grade II listed country home in North Yorkshire in a new prize draw.
One lucky person is guaranteed to win the home worth £4,000,000, plus £250,000 in cash, as part of a new Omaze Million Pound House Draw for Blood Cancer UK.

The winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Yorkshire, will get the keys to a six-bedroom family home set within the sought-after village of Little Ouseburn, surrounded by open North Yorkshire countryside and centuries of history.
The house has been refurbished to an exceptional standard throughout while keeping its original character, with period flagstones, historic beams, two original 18th-century fireplaces and a breakfast kitchen with French doors opening onto a Mediterranean-style loggia.

The spectacular property comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, plus £155,000 worth of furnishings.
The eventual winner will also receive £250,000 in cash, and can choose to either move in, rent it out for supplementary income, or sell up to become a cash multi-millionaire.
If they choose to rent it out, estimates suggest the property could achieve a long-term rental value of between £6,000 and £7,000 per month.
The home retains all its desirable period features while still providing luxury modern living.

The ground floor has a reception hall, drawing room, lounge, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, conservatory and potting shed, plus a boot room and utility room.
The first floor offers a main bedroom with dressing room and en suite, five further bedrooms, one with its own en suite, a library and a family bathroom. Set apart in the grounds is a separate two-bedroom cottage with its own kitchen and living room.
The grounds include mature woodland, a lake, an orchard and a vegetable garden, alongside a tennis court, a paddock and an outdoor pizza oven.
There is ample parking on site, as well as two garages.
The property sits in the village of Little Ouseburn, with Boroughbridge and Knaresborough close by, and York is around 14 miles away.
As well as making the lucky winner a multi-millionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Yorkshire, will raise money to support Blood Cancer UK.
Talking about the partnership, Helen Rowntree, CEO of Blood Cancer UK, said: "We're delighted to be partnering with Omaze on their Million Pound House Draw for the third time.
"Thanks to the incredible Omaze community, we've already helped fund research that's improving the lives of people affected by blood cancer. But blood cancer remains the UK's fifth most common cancer and its third biggest cancer killer.
“This partnership gives us an opportunity to go further. Together, you’ll be helping fund pioneering clinical trials to help treat and beat the deadliest blood cancers. With your help, you'll be giving more people more time with their loved ones."
